Goffee and Jones on leadership
Rob Goffee and Gareth Jones from the LBS have written a book entitled: “Why should anyone be led by you?” and have asked the question of what followers are looking for in a leader and in their work. The answer: significance, community, excitement and authenticity.
I haven’t read their work, but these four qualities struck a chord with me and seem to make sense.
