Completely off topic: Hallam Foe.
Had the good fortune and pleasure to be invited by Hugh to come along to a screening of Hallam Foe.
It should be hitting theaters early next year. It reminded me of Harold and Maude. (Which is a good thing, at least in my book.) But Scottish. Sophia Myles is especially well cast and does a great job.
If you liked Harold and Maude, or Ghost World, I think you’ll enjoy this.

Thanks for coming along the other night and also for blogging about the film. The producer, Gillian Berrie, will be tickled pink when I tell her it remnds you of Harold and Maude, it’s her favourite movie.
The whole marketing experiment aspect of the film seems to be gethering a bit of momentum too on Confused of Calcutta.
