Bob: Why are you unhappy?
Gilbert Huph: Your customers make me unhappy.
Bob: Why? Have you gotten complaints?
Gilbert Huph: Complaints I can handle. What I can’t handle is your customers’ inexplicable knowledge of Insuricare’s inner workings. They’re experts! Experts, Bob! Exploiting every loophole! Dodging every obstacle! They’re penetrating the bureaucracy!

Do I work for Insuricare? I sure did! I was in charge of the Claims Department and I’m not happy. Not happy. Bob made me unhappy when he knocked me through that wall. Ask me what wall. Well actually it was three walls. Walls I can handle. What I can’t handle is being knocked through three walls by Bob. He’s crazy! Crazy, Bob! Exploiting my small stature! Obstructing my dodging! He penetrated the bureaucracy with me!
