Top executives of the Northern Rock bank have denied doing anything wrong in the run-up to the bank’s recent near-collapse.
And on Fraggle Northern Rock, they apparently shoot the messenger as a matter of course:
The bank’s chief executive, Adam Applegarth, …also told the Treasury Select Committee that the BBC was partly to blame for last month’s run on the bank.
